Detailed Safari Itinerary – Mikumi & Ruaha National Parks

Day 1: Arrival – Dar es Salaam / Transfer to Mikumi
Activities:
Arrive at Dar es Salaam and meet your guide for a scenic drive to Mikumi National Park (approx. 4–5 hours). Along the route, enjoy views of Tanzanian villages, farmland, and occasional wildlife sightings. On arrival, embark on your first afternoon game drive in Mikumi, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelope grazing in the savannah. Day 2: Full Day Mikumi Game Drives

Travel & Safety Advisory
