Morning: Arrive in Arusha, where you will be met by your guides. After a gear check and briefing on safety, trekking protocols, and Kilimanjaro highlights, drive to Machame Gate, the official start of the Machame Route.
Trek: Begin the ascent through Montane Forest, a lush, green environment filled with moss-draped trees, endemic birds, and occasional small mammals. The trail gradually climbs through the forest, offering scenic viewpoints and opportunities for photography.
Evening: Arrive at Miriakamba Hut at approximately 2,500 meters, where your tented accommodation awaits. Enjoy a hearty hot dinner and rest overnight, acclimatizing to the altitude in preparation for the next day’s ascent.
Meals: Packed lunch during the trek, dinner at the hut, breakfast included next morning.

Morning: After an early breakfast, continue the trek through moorlands and volcanic terrain. The landscape transforms from forest to open plains with heathers, lobelias, and dramatic ridges. Observe the changing flora and spot small wildlife along the way.
Trek: Ascend to Saddle Hut at 3,500 meters. The trail crosses ridges and valleys, providing panoramic views of Kibo Peak, the surrounding plains, and neighboring peaks. This segment is essential for acclimatization, preparing the body for the high-altitude summit attempt.
Evening: Arrive at Saddle Hut in time to enjoy the sunset over the rugged volcanic landscape. Dinner is served at the camp, followed by a night of rest under the stars.
Meals: Breakfast at Miriakamba Hut, packed lunch during trekking, dinner at Saddle Hut.

Early Morning: Depart pre-dawn for the summit at 4,566 meters. Trek through the lunar landscape above the Saddle, experiencing the thrill of high-altitude hiking. Reach the summit in time for sunrise, witnessing breathtaking views over the surrounding Rift Valley, glaciers, and volcanic peaks.
Trek: After celebrating at the summit, begin your descent along the same Machame Route. Stop for breaks and enjoy the changing scenery as you return to Machame Gate. Transfer back to Arusha for rest, meals, and optional onward travel arrangements.
Meals: Breakfast at Saddle Hut, packed lunch during descent. Dinner and overnight in Arusha can be arranged separately.
