Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Ruaha – Big Cats & Beyond

Activities:
After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch. Today is ideal for witnessing Ruaha’s top predators in action: lions patrolling their territories, cheetahs sprinting across the plains, and leopards perched in acacia trees.

Alongside predators, spot large herds of elephants, waterbucks, buffalo, giraffes, and kudu, as well as an incredible variety of birds, from colorful lilac-breasted rollers to fish eagles along rivers. Stop at the Great Ruaha River for a scenic picnic, enjoying the serenity of the water and watching hippos playfully surfacing.
